Anyone has a roughish idle (vibration) but only when stopped at D or R?

in regard to the idle... are you running premium or regular fuel? ive noticed the rough idle for me depends on if im running cheap regular or premium.

I only run premium 93 octane. still happens. Its not consistent either. Sometimes truck never hits 500 rpm

Well, there goes my theory. Seemed to be less when it was running 93.

I just rolled 25k and it has smoothed out now. I used to get this all the time.

i have an 18 and get it mostly during the summer while running the a/c but then goes away after car warms up.
