I'm at a loss as to how much fluids I need to bring...? A friend tells me that I should bring enough for a fluid change, my wife thinks I should pack an extra truck..if you're losing enough to bring 7 qts of oil I'd say a tow strap is better. I was going to bring a quart or two of oil, a quart of tranny, and some p.s. fluid and coolant.

If you take enough for a complete fluid change the you'll have enough for those that did not bring any with them.

Word is that they are only doing the run Friday and Saturday. Sunday is off the schedule, so if you want to come out to vegas and play at vore, it's Saturday around 2.

Updated info and changes quoted below:

"After running the entire Raptor Nationals course (both days) yesterday with my son, it became obvious that we are going to have a short day on Saturday compared to Friday. Because of this and the emails we have received regarding your interest in having some free time in Vegas on Sunday, we have moved the track day to Saturday afternoon after we arrive at VORE around 2 pm. At 6 pm we will parade into Vegas and Treasure Island. Sunday will be all yours.

About the track:

WOW!!! We had so much fun driving the entire 330 miles. This year's version is such a blast to drive and will keep you on your toes all day long. There are tight canyons, fast graded roads, sand washes, rocky roads and so much more and that is in the first 50 miles!!! We will be buying everyone lunch in Congress then we will get to work knocking down the miles toward Laughlin. Oatman, AZ will be an amazing addition to the route and if you have never been there, you are in for a treat. We will turn on the lights from Oatman and head into Laughlin.

Saturday we will head out the old SCORE, Laughlin Desert Challenge course (holy whoop-tee-doos!) then head up the highway to Christmas Tree Pass. The rock formations are AMAZING! Don't take your eyes off the road as it is narrow and slippery and very twisty. Then we head out to the power line express into and out of Searchlight, NV. We fill our need for speed on the dry lake bed and cruise into VORE. Bring a helmet so you can drive on the VORE short course track! Then we line up and head into Vegas. GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT TRUCK, GREAT DAY, GREAT EVENT!!! See you there."
