Looks like fun, but the way they design those jumps looks like it really beats on the truck. I mean obviously it did, but I mean even running more conservatively like you did in your 2nd and 3rd runs. Those first two jumps just nose you in every time.

I had the "mega-huck" dents on the back of my old F150 from jumping a cattle guard in WY back in the day. Just think of them as badges of honor.

They have to build the track every time we run so they probably don't have time to tune the jumps.

You guys are right about checking up to late. I knew when I got on the brakes it wasn't gonna be good.

Let me upload one of the pro truck runs just as a reference.

Yeah, I can understand having to build them in a hurry, just making them a little longer with a smoother transition would help. That way the trucks aren't getting their back ends kicked up in the air so much. It'd be safer for everyone too.

My hero!

I'm such a cowardly rabbit!

Maybe one day after I get Stage 1, 2, 3, 4, maybe 5? and a new Raptor sitting in the driveway already!

Yes, then I shall unleash hell on dirt!

I don't think Stage 4 would have saved him from the damage.

With the way he landed, probably not. I do think the 3.0 shocks and national spring would have minimized the damage.

Only if it is weld-in. Bolt-in doesn't count.

A properly designed bolt-in cage, with backing plates to distubute the force on the cab floor. Would be better than nothing.

goin ******* on ur ass
Awsome air. Just think how it would be Without the RPG frame stiffner. Stock setting on front Fox 2.5 shocks, stock rear leaf springs, stock Fox 2.5 rear shocks. What are the Fox 2.5 air bumps set at ? 200 psi ? You gotta admit that was some serious air !
You are lucky and smart to have that RPG frame stiffner and air bump otherwise with a stock "jounce bumper" major bent.

My thinking was basically what greg said, it wouldn't have prevented the damage, but it would have been able to soak up a lot more before transferring the impact to the rest of the truck.

Besides even on the other jumps the landings look awful hard and the 3.0's would help with that as well.
