places an order for brake pads and rotors 11 days ago. 3-21-24
When I placed the order, it was supposed to be delivered by 3-26-24. On 3-28 I call them. We are working on it. It will now SHIP 4-1.
Called today on 4-2, still not shipping. They needed an additional 5 days just to update my status. Can tell me when it will ship until 4-5-24. I needed brakes last week.
So I naturally cancel my order. Won't even send me a cancel until they no for sure the parts are not being shipped. So not they hold $1,000 I need to buy new parts another week to 10 days.
What a horrible company to deal with.
