No way Nick! Can't be all warranty work. Maybe just for issues around the front shocks if anything. I don't see how ford would be able to deny warranty issues for this seeing as how the shocks were designed to be adjusted to all 3 levels.

yeah just for front suspension issues. not if something non related goes...i am with u, i dont see how oem adjustable perch shocks can be denied at a different perch but they are apparently.

Ford dealer did it for me.

FORD can't factory set it at mid perch, but the dealer doing it has absolutely zero liability doing that. If you weren't able to do it or it was deemed unsafe, Ford would not have made the truck with adjustable shocks.

Dealers may not know how to do it, but its not a problem from the perspective of Ford. Just so there is no fight over this issue, feel free to call the SVT hotline and ask. That's what I did yesterday before I had it done.

I believe almost ZERO what I hear from a dealer. I know managers at every dealer in my area, and will ask them all if they got any such memo.

I bet not a single one is able to produce it. Emails already sent to Ford execs I know on this issue. If there is a warranty void for this, I will know by Monday.

Hmmm. Seems odd that they would put adjustable shocks on a truck but if you change them they are to deny the warranty (at least for that dealer stated above). What would be the point in having them?...

If you are ordering a Raptor, have the dealer set your suspension to MID perch level BEFORE delivery. It won't cost them anything to do it.

I don't understand why Ford has such a hardon for bottom perch, to the point where they will deny warranty work for mid-perch

false. from the Snoball trip and meeting with SVT, Jamaal himself, from his own mouth said it was a huge mistake to have the settings. they did it for if customers wanted to adjust the stance, and since then its been nothing but problems. his own words "Do not change your settings, OUR WAY is the BEST WAY!" and yes there was a little tongue n cheek there, but was very adament that it was a huge mistake on their part to make them adjustable.
