Aftermarket fenders?

Hey guys, looking into aftermarket fenders here. Wanting some more clearance in the front for the 37's, plus I need to do some paint work on the RF flare and fender that are on the truck now anyways. At this point I'm not really wanting to do the bedsides since they are a TON of work, plus my clearance issues aren't in the back. I'm thinking of going with the ADV +2/+2 without the built in vents and also getting their matching fender liners. My stock fender liners have already been cut up, and I like the look of the ADV liners since they give more clearance, plus they just look more "finished." Open to opinions on fender and liner options. Thanks!

ADV is the way to go. However, unless you have a LT kit that moves the wheel forward, you still need to do the pinch weld mod regardless of fenders.

Honestly tho... The only way I'd go 37 is with regearing and a big horsepower gain.

I'll be doing the pinch weld mod either way. I'm going to be doing a Whipple next year. Leaning towards the ADV as well.

I did the adv without vent, trimmed/hammered pinch welds, body sealant on the pinch weld to seal it up, raptorliner on the firewall, etc

Depending on how your truck is set up and how you drive the adv fender liners may not hold up. I have a BMS midtravel and I probably would not be able to run the ADV liners. I made my own with some ABS that I got from kartek. I’m not finished and I made these at like 11:30 the night before an event.

First panel (the one shown) is to protect the wiring harness and what not. I will be making one to protect the back of the head lights next.

Very nice setup! I do not plan on going crazy with off-roading, but I do like the coverage the ADV liners provide. I guess I can always just get them and if I destroy them then I'll look at another option.

I love seeing what other guys do to mod their G1 to clear bigger tires. For now, I'm just using the BMS UCA's on mine. Following this thread to see the finished version. (see how I cleverly push the OP to complete it so I can hopefully afford to copy his work later?(

I love seeing what other guys do to mod their G1 to clear bigger tires. For now, I'm just using the BMS UCA's on mine. Following this thread to see the finished version. (see how I cleverly push the OP to complete it so I can hopefully afford to copy his work later?(
I won't be tackling this project until winter when the truck goes into the storage most likely, but current plans are the ADV +2/+2 without vent and with their liners, as well as getting paint to match door and tailgate handles. Trying to figure out if there's any other paint work I should do while it's there. :)

Going from 2.5 foxes up to the next generation's improved 3.0 foxes, while increasing from 11.2 to 13+ inches of travel should make it "float like a butterfly, sting like a bee" off road!

I'm still figuring out which route I wanna go with things there. Thinking of Fox 3.0 coilovers with external reservoirs, but also still thinking of 19+ Live Valve shocks with the SDI e-clik.
