Yea I am 99% sure. The picture you posted with the one clip circled in black actually looks pretty straight to me.
I have one here i can pull off and double check myself.

im going to try a blow dryer and slight bending to it to see if I can get it any straighter. that pic with the one circled from eBay, now that I look again it does look a little straighter than my trim panel. I've seen on one FB marketplace and it looks a little straighter also

omg you are the man. I heated it up with a blow dryer and got it straight and it went right in! happy camper now
