Yeah, apparently its normal. I only have 8,000 miles on mine and a new truck should not make those sounds, especially a $50,000 truck. ****** me off but what can you do.

I had the dreaded "Raptor Clunk" until about 10,000 miles. Coincidently, it went away once I started off roading a lot.

Getting a pop in the front end

That's it.... Oh well, as long as it's not hurting anything. I need to start getting with more raptor owners. This truck makes sounds I'm just not familiar with. When I hit bumps at moderate speeds I hear a clunk in the rear. Do our shocks make that noise?

Yup it's the transfer case. The amount of slop allowed is ridiculous. Was swapping out leafs this weekend and got a good 15 degrees or slop on the drive shaft. Ford says it's normal.

As for the clunk, yes. The stock shocks will clunk and make noise due to the internal bypass. You can read it in the raptor supplement owners manual. If you get external bypass shocks they click everytime you hit a bump or crack
