Will be picking up my new "R" mid March finally and I want to find an inexpensive light bar that will easily mount on the OEM front bumper with no issues. Anyone done this without getting too crazy mounting it? I had a nice 40" light bar on my Gen2 that just bolted directly to the top of the OEM bumper with some included angle brackets.. piece of cake. Doesn't seem to have as much reveal surface on the GEN3 front bumpers however so I've struggled a bit finding something that'll fit properly and be 30"(plus preferably). Does anyone know of an aftermarket curved bar that will fit nice perhaps? I don't want to spend $600 for one of these things. I just need for additional "on road" lighting as I live out in the sticks and it's always freaking dark in the woods around here. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for taking a look regardless.

We do have the brackets for the modular bumper, and they are just bolt-on. No drilling or modifications necessary.

However, you wouldn't use a curved lightbar for that bumper. You would use a 40" straight lightbar.
I don't know if we have any 40" lightbars in the $600 range, but I'd be happy to explore options with you if you're interested.

We also have mounts available for bolting on pod lights to the top of the new modular bumper, as well.

So, if you are open to different options, we could look at pricing for different kits with our plug-and-play wiring system, as well.

Feel free to call or text me at (317) 934-6778, and I will gladly assist in any way possible.

Thanks!

This is great! Thank you so much for responding.

I'm really hoping for a much cheaper solution however. I had a very inexpensive Amazon bought 40" bar on my Gen2 and it was all I needed and more. Unfortunately couldn't make that one fit well enough and then struck out with a couple other sizes/straight /curved with no luck at all. I don't need the super high quality Baja Design, etc stuff. This thing will never see the desert or any type of "abuse" that would jeopardize a lessor light bar.

It sounds like you have options all over the spectrum so I'll be getting in touch with you directly! I'm also looking for a set of Method, KMC etc machine cut or polished wheels for this new truck. I absolutely hate the black wheels on these things so perhaps you can help me with this as well.

Thanks again, talk soon.
