I had brought my 2011 in for the clunk but they refused to do anything to it. I think this relates to the lack of a TSB while Ford comes up with a fix as mentioned. I was pissed at the time but if I eventually get a permanent fix out of it, I guess that would be better. I left the dealer with them telling me they would be in touch!
FYI the other "CLUNK" threads have been merged with this thread. We absolutely want to hear about members' CLUNK issues and resolutions but we don't need several threads on the topic! Thanks- BIRDMAN

Hey BDRAG, I heard the "CLU CLUNK" sound. I heard at the 32second mark and again at the 51-52 second mark.
Its the same sound that my SCrew makes, and it only has 1800 miles on it, but not worried, figure Ford will come up with a fix at some point.
I can hear like a double squeak sound that I can't really describe during both take offs. Is it squeaky inside the cab, or is it more of the "clunky" sound used to describe the problem? And can you actually feel it?
...so did your dealer do nothing in regards to the clunk...ie lube your slip yoke? ...pending the outcome of some future fix? Wish I was closer to a dealer.

When it happens - you will not have any doubt. The squeak goes away with grease but the clunk can be felt in the gas pedal.
Mine hasn't done it in the past week, but has done it since the grease job.
It's a slight engine rev when taking off from a stopped or really slow rolling start - engine revs a bit then it clunks into gear. It's audible as a clunk - but caused me to be pretty cautious in taking off for a while.
The inconsistency is disturbing - which is probably why Ford is taking their time with this fix. Happens in cold or hot temperatures, and it'***** me when the truck is cold, or after a 4 hour cruise. Downtown I can get it on one stop sign, then have 3 more stop signs before it hits again.
Starting to wonder if it isn't tranny related...
My truck has been doing something similar since installing SW headers and exhaust with SCT tuner (custom tune). When I punch it from a dead stop (or even decently slow roll ie, < 35mph) it'll start to go and then just buries itself into the rev limiter. It's been so cold, wet, and/or snowy since I got it back, I kinda figured it was a traction issue and it was just breaking loose and not hooking up. I was gonna wait til it warmed up to further diagnose the issue. But i'm starting to wonder if this might be a similar issue?
Note - I never had this issue prior to the exhaust and tune though. WOT was fine all day long. Looks like I might have to take it back to my tune guy....
