GEN 2 8WOOD's Friday Off: I take delivery of my Raptor and Baja it (kind of)

Here's what I'm taking about. And I'm pretty sure it's a nice brushed plastic.

No problem, I have been meaning of posting some nice HQ interior pics of the scab orange accent for people considering it. Maybe I'll get around to it tomorrow.

I just finished my first mods:

1. Antenna X 14 inch antenna so it fits in the garage.
2. Tie rod adjustment mod... you know the one when your steering wheel isn't centered from the factory so you have to fix it yourself. Steering wheels is perfectly top dead center now. Required 3/4 turn on both rods to move the steering wheel about 1 degree.
3. Auto on/off defeat using jumper cable.


Future mods:

1. Plastic dip wheels
2. FP Tune when it comes out....unless it sucks, then most likely Whipple.

Well... I decided to finally make some modifications to the truck! Should be all done for XMAS: Sorry no pictures yet. I'm out of the country till next month, but my wife has been dragging in all the parts from UPS into the garage lol.
