Nice Greg, Its pretty funny but 9 times out of 10 problems are caused by a bad ground.

Everything appeared tight, so using my family motto "nothing can be too tight" I went ahead and cranked all connections down (using bigj mongo type strength), just to make sure.

Everything is good to go!

Dawson, you don't adjust the headlights before you send them out?? How do u know when their adjusted? Not sure if I know what they are supposed to look like when adjusted correctly.....

Dawson, mounts each and every headlight in his personal truck to clock and adjust the headlights prior to sealing them up and sending them out.

Yes bro, I aim the headlights before shipping them out. If you want to raise or lower them to your liking you just use the stock adjustment knob.

Aha thanks! I haven't looked into it yet but it sounds like the adjustment system is much improved over my 01 f150!
