Ill mess around with them again tomorrow. Problem is there is no real way to mount them besides a shit load of epoxy and that will be visible. Also, they are so big its a very tight fit, actually some of the back of the headlight housing should be cut out to get them to sit far enough back to clear the lens.

Its one of those things where I would totally do it for myself, like I did with the recons but I never did the recons again because it was so much of a PITA.

I'll keep at it though, just dont have a whole lot of time at the moment. Im sure its possible, it will just come down to how much money do you guys want to pay to make it worth the time.

Well I'm sure if there's a way you'll find it. If it comes down to being just too much of a pain in the ass and not economical to do so be it. I just fell in love with how much light they were throwing out in that picture. One way or another I'm gonna be purchasing some lights from ya :)

Time to bust out some fiber glas maybe? Or a torch and some plastic sheet?

if you look at the guy from sick hid lights he uses some sort of formed shroud on his lights. I still want to use the 460 shroud because it is unique to that projector but do something like this to cover the body -

How to: Vacuum form custom shrouds/bezels - YouTube

Well shit, that is no good.. Need to start pimping your lights on all the forums again... Hahaha

I am going to give this LS460 a try myself, since I am impatient lol and it's not yet an option through Ducati lights. I watched that video on you tube before and that kid makes it all look so easy, but its not. Wish he had a video with a ford F150 headlight. The only problem I have so far is I cant decide how to hide the ugly brown projector housing in the back as you can still see it through the one side. Painting it silver is one option that would keep the factory look and then the formed shroud that would give a custom look. Dam! I hope this works.

I should never have read this thread...
I so want to get a set of the evil eyes. Do they require additional power / wiring?
