great review to hear. I'm uber picky on quality and attention to detail as well, so it's good to hear there's zero issues or concerns!

Taxes get filed Friday, then I'll know how I sit for ordering a set up! lol

Are most of the sets you've done 4300k? Pretty sure thats what I want to go with for the most OEM look.

Yes I did go for a ride and we are happy with the 4300k color. It has a nice clean cut off on the low setting and a nice open spread when on high.

Hey Guys, Im having a little trouble keeping up with orders. Mainly because a swap takes at least 2 weeks with shipping times before I get a set back. Im like 2 weeks+ out on new orders and have 5 sets of lights in the rotation.

I can get brand new OEM's delivered in 2 days and 2 days later have them ready to ship so Im going to offer a discount for anyone who wants a non swap.

$1000 shipping included - no swap, add $50 for any painting

Ill still offer the swap for the base price of $750

Got my special delivery today!

First impressions:
Damn the box was heavy for two lights. Very well packaged and headlights are nicely protected! The headlights impressed me with quality of work and not a fingerprint in sight! Can not wait to install these bad boys! Definately will finish my blacked out Raptor look!

wow you actually got bigger pics to post GJM! lol

Those look great!

One thing I meant to ask, is resealing. Ducati, do you have to use any additional sealant, or is the factory stuff still pliable for sealing after reheating again? I know when I did my Stealth's lights I didn't have to add any new goop, but when I did my HD's taillights I did. And can you tell at all they were separated? Same thing, on my Stealths headlights you could never tell they were apart, but on my HD's tails, you could see that they had been apart along the very edge where the seams were. I haven't looked closely enough at my headilghts to tell where the seam falls and how they'd look.

I completely strip the factory sealant out of there. It probably could be reheated but the problem with that is its melting point is pretty high and the plastic headlight starts to deform at those temps. Thats why I dont use the oven. When I did my recons like that last year I noticed the mounting points deformed and it was a PITA to get them back to where they were.

Any one who has my lights will tell you, you can see some small tool marks along the outside seal but its very minimal. Ive done about 15 sets now and gotten pretty good at opening them without deforming the plastic. Ill take a close up pic of the seal on mine so you can see what Im sayin.

To seal them back up I use GE silicone II Black. Its good down to -40 degrees. I completely fill the channel so theres actually about twice the sealant as it comes stock.

Only one issue I ran into during install.. The wiring harness was too short to mount ballasts where shown in video and run wiring harness under bumper cover. Had to fiddle with it to make everything fit. No big deal! Still highly recommend these lights!
