Unfortunately the only way to change the rear gear ratio in the 2011+ Raptors is to swap the rear axle for either one out of a 2010 or upgrade to the beastly new DANA 80 we are offering. Tons of gear ratio options, set-up with your choice of available lockers, and we can have it be a purely bolt in piece, or leave it bare for those doing custom rear suspension, IE sprung under or back halfing the truck and linking it.

Ford has been the 8.8 front differential for a long time and in a lot of vehicles. The one in the Raptor is slightly modified but still takes all the standard 8.8 IFS front components.

For whatever, Ford wanted to change the rear differential design just a little bit.

I hate when they do that. LOL

But good to know about the front. Thanks

So Jason, When I'm ready to swap out the diffs (front and rear) in my 2010 Raptor can you give me a ball park figure on price for a complete kit.

I'll probably go for the .56 series with 37in tires

Get them you'll love them. Truck pulls so much harder than before. Wish I would of installed 5.13s instead.

Really? Wonder if they make 5.13 and would there be a disadvantage to them other than MPGs which I don't care about.
