If a 14month old truck has you wanting to buy. Life is short. Might as well buy if you can afford it. Especially if it brings you happiness. I had my 2017 F150 platinum for 7 years because i really like the truck and the way I had it setup. With that said, I had 5-6 Lincolns during that time period. I also just recently bought a 23 Black Label Aviator that I really like as well. I traded 2020 continental that I didn't really like after the break in period. I kept it that long because nothing else looked good in their lineup.

So these RHOs are interesting. They are cheaper for sure with heavy discounts. They appear more comfortable, have more HP but lack aluminum body and 37s. Now I’m confused.

cross shop the RHO. (37) Raptors are overpriced and have been starting at Jen Too; 2017 onward. They’ve done a lot of design and development but Ford has been subsidizing the EV’s with overpricing the ICE portfolio, which you likely already know based on the Dark Horse in your profile pic.

If you like the Raptor more than set an objective goal for getting one and go for it, but at least cross shop.
That said, 37’s were very slow to lose ADM and only recently could be had for under MSRP.
3k under MSRP sounds good on the surface for the truck but I’ll need to defer to more recent 37 buyers.

Good luck !

I can't believe or understand anyone who would trade in a 14 month old truck. Personally, I'd have dumped in in the first week if I didn't like it. lol.
I just bought a 2025 37 package. They gave me more for my trade (2022 Raptor, 37k miles) than I expected, and came down about 2k off sticker on the 2025. To me, it was well worth doing. It's only my 5th Raptor (with a Platinum stuck in there for good measure) since 2017.

Grab what makes you happy...hell I traded a '37 after a week because I didn't like the color for another new '37. 37's are sitting longer at dealers and can get $6-7K w/o much effort (depending upon skills) on a '25. Enjoy new ride.

It's really $3.5k and a really good trade offer. My biggest hold up is getting over the whole issue with trading in a 14 month old truck
I did the same with an esclade. But good deal on Raptor, good deal on trade and savings on sales tax was worth it.
