Both chats and dealer told me the same thing, 3/2-3/8 ETA. My build date was 2/9 and still In Production Status. You won't get an ETA until it's actually built with a date under In Production. I went through the same thing during my build week and the chat finally gave me an ETA same with dealer. Now whether I believe that ETA or not I will let you know next week lol...

So if you have any graphics or bedliner, then it has to go to body shop. It has only been 8 days so give it at least another week and then call 800-367-3788 Opt 1. When they answer just say "hey can I check status of my Raptor order....I have the last 8 of the VIN." They have to usually get to that screen and then will ask you for the last 8. Don't have to have order number or full VIN. If you get a good one, they will tell you all the dates they see. If get a lazy one they may just tell you where it is at and if so just ask if there is an ETA. Please and thank-you seems to help a lot or I am just old and do it out of habit. I got a good one yesterday and he gave me this:

2/13 Built
2/14 Body Shop (said probably bedliner)
2/14 Hold
2/15 Sent to Offsite
3/3-3/9 ETA (said unlikely)

Mine was sent to offsite too, with an ETA that has already passed, and no updated eta, so don’t bank on that

Mine went 'Into Production' on 1/11 and have not seen it moved to the 'Built' or 'Shipped' status. Dealer says delivery by March 28th - April 3rd. What is 'Ford Chat'?

I have an update for yall. Finally some good news!! The first batch of raptors from the original blend date in December to 1/14 are scheduled to ship on 3/18. Everything after 1/14 still nothing yet. They will be delivered in batches so those of you with Feb blend dates don’t expect shipping until sometime in April (maybe May). Ignore what Ford chat tells you, they won’t have any real news and wrong ETAs.

Exciting news, hoping everyone gets their Raptors soon!

Not very exciting to me as that would mean it is going to sit for another 2 months. Prefer to stick my head in the sand and pretend it is shipping in March.

Until we Start seeing press car reviews you can forget about a customer actually getting a truck. Press reviews usually happen at least a few weeks prior and to date there is nothing but car show display reviews and one video of a guy driving around the ford plant seeing trucks sitting outside from R forum.
