So... After reading this thread, I realized that my B & O does the same thing. Stopped at the dealer the other day to check it out. Service guy thought it was supposed to be that way. We went out on the lot and checked out the stereo's on two different 2020 Raptors. They both had weak rear speakers just like mine. Well shit. Maybe they Are supposed to be that way. Nope! I am going back in with this tech bulletin and get it fixed now. Thanks for the info!!

My wife and I said the sound system was very very disappointing when we drove off the lot and now it makes sense. Gonna take mine into the dealer now after reading this thread

If your truck is still under warranty I would get the dealer to check it out. I had no sound coming from the Amp/Sub. I asked the dealer to check to see if it was turned on and the tech stated it was configured correctly. Two techs looked at mine and one said it didn't sound right and they other said it was ok. They ended up setting another truck beside my and set them both on the same volume level, then agreed it was messed up.

Once they replaced my Amp/sub it came to life!

Hope they get you taken care of!

I had the same issue on my 2020. Took it to dealer and their electronics tech reprogramed and it sounds great.

Two other brand new 2020s on the lot had the same issue.

Update

Frustrated.

well..despite there being an obvious low volume issue, the dealership that checked it out today said "it is up to date" but there is clearly an issue as the volume is half way up and you can barely hear it. I don't even think they compared it to another one because even the sales people can tell the difference. I don't think they even went through the specific steps called out in the SSM. Nor did they seem to compare to another truck despite me requesting that. This is a unique issue since it does prodice sound. So this is going to be a frustrating fix. They said they are escalating to Ford Engineering. They wouldn't even let me talk to the "audio technician" about this which is not something I'm used to coming from other brands. I had to ger service manager involved because i felt they werent taking my issue seriously. So I'll let this escalation process play out. I'm getting picked up in my Dad's 2005 Pontiac Vibe and this system makes mine sound absolutely flat and no sound range.

Is this a Forscan type fix or some other dealer specific tool?
