Probably one of the perks of collaborating with GM on the 10speed auto trans used in the F150, Mustang, Escalade, Z06, ZL1 etc. Odd thing is there were a lot of complaints about clunky shifts in the 2017 Raptor 10spd but I've never experienced that with my Escalade's 10spd trans.
Maybe the trans was physically built together but the software programmers did things separately. This could show how important the programming really is

Our 10sp 2016 Escalade trans was garbage off the lot. Clunky and jerky when coming to not a full stop and it couldn’t decide if it wanted to drop to 1st or 2nd. It would jerk badly. Took it in and they did a software upgrade and fixed.

Early adopter problems... probably explains early Raptor issues as well. I felt some clunky shifts in the 2018 I test drove also. Hopefully the 2019 is good

Nice they let you test drive, last time I checked I wasn’t allowed. Maybe I can now with a deposit on a new vehicle

Went to order a 2019 and when picking the wheels I see the upgrade for the 17" Forged Aluminum Bead lock wheel listed as option code (64D). When the salesman pulled up the picture it shows the current year style of wheel. I have been waiting a week to hear back from dealer if this is what is coming on the early 19's or is he missing something. Damn I ready to place my order and start what i am sure will be a long wait.

There are pics someplace with a new 2019 beadlock wheel.

I have seen the pics online but Salesman could not find d a code for them. I don't want to place an order expecting one thing and get another. I prefer the 19 style.

I think you're right. The order guide shows the old wheels as 64D, not the new wheels.
