Ask your dealer for a DORA (Dealer Order Receipt Acknowledgement). It will list your options.

Question for all of you who placed orders. I’m ordering a ‘19 from an out of state dealer. I sent them the build sheet and negotiated price. They sent me an invoice for the agreed upon value of my build, however, the invoice just shows my info and price/deposit. Nothing about the build/options on it. Is that typical? Shouldn’t there be an official build or order with all options listed?

Why are you guys placing orders now... or still waiting on orders. 2019's are flooding dealers everywhere. A search within 200 miles of me shows 119 available. Plus you can haggle with dealers if the truck is on the lot.

I ordered at the end of October, when trucks starting hitting lots in January, I considered canceling. Truck came in end of January and I refused it on the spot after seeing PB in person. Got my deposit back, and hit the car listing sites looking for a better color combo and a better deal. Found one for $4500 off MSRP, and another $500 less in dealer fees!
I ordered mine because I have a few CD's to cash in March, so I tried to plan around that so I could just pay cash for it and not have any debt hanging over my head.

All weather mats ? I heard on the forum the truck comes with All Weather Mats. Salesman is telling me that he is giving me the mats as a gift in the hopes of getting a tip. Just to confirm the truck comes with All weather mats right?

I didn’t even get into how both dealers where trying to charge 80k for the truck from the start. I had to have the owner of the dealerships right hand man at Nissan where I take the skyline tell his gm at his ford dealership they where selling me the truck at mrsp. While ordering the truck the first time the ****** bag acted like he was doing me a favor. And he didn’t even know squat about his own product. Sad I had too pull strings to buy a vehicle at msrp. Lol... By the time I went too the 2nd dealership and they knew they just about lost me they where happy too sell me the truck at msrp. And stated themselves they 80k price tag is “ for out of towners”.???? The whole experience is a load of shit thus far. I buy a lot of cars and I know the level of service I should get when spending this kind of money and this is far from it.
You should be upset about paying MSRP....not necessary....

We had a employee at the rail yard buy a raptor and he waited 3 months for it we even let him out of the van first so he could unload his own raptor which in then had a missing set of keys

I've heard complaints about the fords being in the yards too long and i just wanted to come here and say that they sit in the yard so long cause some of them (Alot of them) have damages from shipping or their batteries are dead (Most fords) or no-starts, fuel pumps, steering wheel locking, we have them sit in the yard and push them into sick bay so they can go under the trickle chargers, for damages sometimes we have to wait for ford to get back to us until they are allowed to release them and ship them, some truck drivers refuse to deliver dead units in fear of being charged for a new battery by the dealer which is a common practice among dealers

Long story short due to all the crap these car go through, nobody is holding them for the heck of it, if your truck has a door chip or any problem, ford knows about it, its all for quality control

My truck has been in a rail yard since 1/30. Supposed to be delivered in 4 days (the rail yard is about an hour from dealer). The eta has largely remained unchanged since it was built. Do you think 14 days in the yard is a long time or typical?
