2019 front differential seal leaking

Hi guys, I have 5k on my 2019 now and found that the front end is leaking gear lube onto the garage floor. I found a seal that it is leaking from, but can someone look under theirs to see if their seal looks like this? It doesn’t look to be fully seated up against the differential, thanks.

Dude I have the same exact problem on my 2018 with about 41,000 miles, only started leaking recently but I haven’t hit the trails in a few weeks.

I had a similar leak or sweat like yours. I wiped up the oil on the underside and it seems to have stopped. If you take the rear skid plate off, be careful with the u-nuts in the frame. They’re delicate and snap easily if you use an impact.

@JohnyPython I've wiped it off a couple of times and it continues to seep very slowly. Going to call the dealer to see if they can look at it today or next week.

I was under the assumption that the front diff isn't engaged while driving in 2H, which is what I'm in majority of the time (Normal Mode). Unless the torsen diff kicks in at times when the truck "thinks" the rear isn't generating enough torque? I'm sure someone with a 10LB brain can visualize or explain this better.

Appointment booked for next week.

In the meantime, took off the skid plate underneath the oil pan, hit the plastic grey seal behind the diff with a good amount of brake cleaner.

I know hope is not a course of action, but HOPEFULLY the leak was caused by some dirt trapped between the seal and the metal surface.
