Sorry to bring up an old thread. But I started my truck and moved it 15 feet and got a CEL followed by a Service Engine Soon notification through the Ford app for all of these codes as well as P103D. Fuse 36 under the hood was blown so I replaced it and still got every code except P028D and P103D. Where should I start looking when I have daylight? What would you recommend? I haven't done any recent installs of any kind. Greatly appreciate it!Those DTCs indicate faults with the following circuits:
P0645- A/C compressor relay control
P06A0- A/C compressor variable control
P06DB - Engine oil pressure control
P2602 - Coolant pump control
P2681 - Coolant bypass valve
P0034 - Turbocharger bypass control circuit
P028D - Charge air cooler fan control
P0480 - Cooling fan control 1
The majority of those components receive power from Fuse F97 in the Battery Junction Box (BJB) under the hood. When the wires were damaged, the power circuit (gray) may have shorted to ground, blowing the fuse. I would start by checking that first.
F36 powers the active grille shutters, A/C compressor control valve, oil pressure solenoid, turbo bypass valve, electric water pump, transmission coolant valve, and vacuum solenoid valve. You’ll want to check the harness between the Battery Junction Box and those components for chafing, damage, etc.Sorry to bring up an old thread.
