At a place now getting them put on and they can't figure out which way springs go. This can't be good.

I thought they only went on a certain way. To me it looks like one side has a smaller wrap at the end which I would think is the bottom.

I think they do go a certain way, I would definitely call and find out before they install them. It looks like where the coil tapers and gets progressively tighter will be on the TOP*

GEN2 springs install with the tighter coils twords to the top. So that the lettering goes like you would read it.

There you have it! Is there a reason for them doing this on the Gen 2's? All of the gen 1's seem to be opposite and have the tighter springs towards the bottom

They got them on right. Makes sense to have the lettering so you can read it. It's about 3/4 of a in higher in the front. I'm sure it will settle with some more driving.
