Yeah way more than just it will win a drag race...bigger shocks, lighter, better mpg, potential for easy HP with intake tune and DP without breaking the bank. Way better interior, more travel, better lighting, etc there isn't a ton of added cost from the gen1 but I see a ton of new tech that skyrockets the cost imo who needs half the shit on 802a.
The only valid argument I see that there is more moving parts on the new motor and transmission vs the gen 1 and it will be interesting to see long term effects in dessert racing with dust break downs etc.
