I hope you realize the same can be said about a lot of comments made by Gen 2 haters.

The 10 speed tranny is going to suck...how do you know do you have experience with it?

The all new 3.5 EB is going to suck...how do you know do you have one?

The new terrain management system is going to suck...how do you know have you tested it?

None of that is helpful or beneficial.

The list goes on.

The haters (you and others) are going to hate on it and give your opinion and the supporters (me and others) are going to defend it and give our opinions on it. Thats how a debate/argument/discussion works.

Until its out and tested thoroughly the 2017 discussion is going to be an argument.

None of that is helpful or beneficial.

But using nothing but Ford talking points and Forza stats are helpful and beneficial, right? We all know if there are issues Ford will be first one to step up and state so, right?

There are plenty of complaints with the current Ecoboost. I don't have to point out each and every internet article. You can Google it. Will this make the Gen2 bad? How can you say for certain it will make it great?

Horrible comparison because of the vehicle but the Chrysler 9-speed have had their issues. More gears don't automatically make the transmission better. But hey, the 10-50 speed gearboxes we see in Fast & Furious work sick, yo.



You can't completely disable the electronic nannies with the Gen1 Raptors and you believe the more robust Gen2 electronic nannies are a good thing?

Gen1 owners who know how great their Raptor's are and potential Gen2 owners repeating talking points on how great the Gen2 is compared to the Gen1 doesn't fly yet. Sorry if that hurts your feelings and makes you feel like you are being attacked personally or not being accepted here at FRF.

I know you are not here hating on the Gen1 Raptor because that is all you got in your life to get attention. It's just impossible to compare a real vehicle against paper stats.

Your guy is an idiot. I heard it was 700HP off a 2.0L while getting the brake clutch serviced on my Lexus for good deal @ $299.

The problem I have is with you and others that only want to start problems with current owners stating their opinion. Remember way back when, when someone started a thread about the 2017 and shared their views? You were immediately on the band wagon to try and tell that person they were wrong and that you magically knew more than they did.

Most of us that have posted disparaging comments on these multiple threads having to do with the Gen 2 aren't attacking the truck itself. They are attacking you and your band of fan boys that have picked up the ******* torch and ran with it.

Who gives two ***** if we don't like it, or don't understand this, or question why they did that. You surely shouldn't. What some of us are sick and tired of is you laying back in the weeds and ambushing someone's opinion when they give it with stupid memes and other typed nonsense. We get it, you are the Wizard of OZ of the forums, but let us have our fun. Because at the end of the day, that's what it all is until the actual truck is released and we get to see it and drive it.
