Never said it was proof, 95% of the stuff on the forums is opinions lol, although I'm still asking for your proof on the Ford Marine Division lol. Anything yet?

And doesn't matter to me if you were interested in Vendor XYZ's cable kit, Vendor ABC's butthurt first aid kit, or Vendor 123's Blinker Fluid replacement lol.

Impossible to have a discussion with? Hmmm, seems I've been the one to actually comment on your discussion points, and have actual counterpoints with reasoning behind them, instead of silly name calling and spelling corrections as rebuttals lol.

Most ignored person on this forum? That's funny you haven't been able to ignore one of my replies yet lol

:baby:

Reptar hasn't posted in 3rd person other than this post here to show how ridiculous talking in 3rd person sounds lol.

Like I said earlier, trolling you into your little rants entertains me. Keep typing buddy. [emoji108]

And by trolling me, you mean hypothesizing ridiculous rationale on why the 6.2 will return to the gen 2's lol. Yet still can't cough up that Ford Marine division website....hmmmm....

For your reading pleasure:

http://www.mlive.com/auto/index.ssf/2013/11/ford_full_of_surprises_custom.html

From the article, since I know you have issues with reading comprehension:

"The automaker’s wholly owned subsidiary Ford Component Sales has partnered with Indmar Marine Engines to offer high-performance boaters a boating version of its 6.2-liter V8 engine, which powers Ford F-150 SVT Raptor and Ford F-Series Super Duty trucks."

Or how about the new application of the "Raptor" 6.2 marine engine in jet boats

Where am I wrong about Ford working on marine engines? Get bent

Thanks for the links, finally.

Never said Ford wasn't doing marine engines, simply asked for the links because I wanted to read about them. You were a little misleading implying Ford had this whole new marine engine division. They're just partnering with a marine engine company and providing them 6.2 crate engines and Raptor name brand licensing.

The automaker’s wholly owned subsidiary Ford Component Sales has partnered with Indmar Marine Engines to offer high-performance boaters a boating version of its 6.2-liter V8 engine, which powers Ford F-150 SVT Raptor and Ford F-Series Super Duty trucks.

Indmar will offer three models of varying horsepower and torque. The company, officials said, is the largest privately held manufacturer of gasoline powered inboard marine engines with multiple advanced manufacturing facilities in the United States and distribution centers in Tennessee and California.

So Ford Component Sales (the department that just sells ford parts) partnered with Indmar, to provide Indmar with 6.2 crate motors, for Indmar to upfit into marine engines. Slightly different than Ford doing it all themselves.

Looking at the Indmar catalog they've got 350/404, 398/427, & roushcarged 510/580 versions. Wonder if they're ordering both the superduty & f150 versions for those two different n/a power plants since the #'s are similar.

Indmar is even the sole administer for the warranties

"The 5-Year Factory warranty is administered directly through Indmar Products Inc."

Anxiously awaiting your next reply, will it have some name calling, some grammer/spelling **** corrections, or talk more how I'm the most ignored member yet can't ignore a single reply yet :ROFLJest: :baby:

Yeah for now the majority here don't want the 3.5 in the Raptor. Give it 2 years till the gen 2's are out there everywhere and a new swing of members join up with gen 2's. That "majority" won't be so large by then. Happens on every forum, everytime a new gen powertrain comes out.
