Has anyone noticed we haven't seen any pics of mods!? The evening of dec 7 better have a big write up because we all know the saying about mods...

Vinylizing the grille, side mirrors, SVT emblem
Traced out the letters with the help of a friend. Applied on each letter. I thought I should extend the vinyl to the left and right of the "F" and the "D" but I didn't. Still love the appearance.
After that, popped out the side mirrors (just wanted to try this design)...Using a screwdriver to pop out the reflectors is easy --- just cover the tip of the screwdriver with tape if you're worried about denting any of the material in (I didn't but you might)
Covered the reflectors with the same red vinyl, and popped it back in
This is how it looks from a little distance...
Finally, using the screwdriver and the plastic pallet I popped out the side vents -- it will sound like it might break but it won't-- just gotta tug and jiggle it a little and snap it out...
Then cover the space under the SVT (use an exacto knife to do per cutting then apply...
Finally, snap the side vents back in place....and take a picture lol
Now, a roundup with flash....

Looks good Sonoma, I don't know if anyone else has been creative enough to do the mirror reflector in anything but black

blue I might copy that. red you have to be careful putting on the front? check law. is the vinyl reflective? I'd like to find blue reflective tape.

As we were applying the vinyl about to wrap up the project two POs had parked close by came and took a nice long look. They asked what we were doing and one of them asked me if the vinyl was reflective and he flashed his flashlight at the red FORD letters... He thought it was awesome and they both gave it a stamp of approval.
The guy I was working with has this reflective yellow vinyl that is unbelievable so nice... I might switch to yellow in the future
I'm interested in doing something inside the casing of the HID lights too... Plastidip or spmething

the vent light mod im doing is not complete yet. still waiting on leds. but sonoma will be the only other person with it besides me.
