Sure, what measurement do you want? The wall thickness will be a little tricky but I can probably make my calipers work.

SDHQ: when you said "Ford has changed the inside section of the inside frame rail. The material is aprox double the thickness and extends for aprox 12" to the front and rear." were you looking at the bulge there shown in both Josh's and my second pictures? Maybe you just never noticed that bulge before?

Here I am waiting for everyone else to post pics and I just remembered I have one in the driveway too lol d'oh

Here is the thickness of the inward facing wall of the frame as it's visible at the large oval opening above the bump stop. Approximately 1/8" thick by my eyes

The change that I noted is in the inside of the inside frame rail (read above) not the outside of the inside frame rail (like the pictures you are pointing out)

Roger that. Was it a cut plate that was welded in there, or did it actually seem that the frame material itself was thicker in that area?

You didn't happen to grab a pic didya? Or slap some calipers on there?

It would seem some of us aren't looking for the same thing. Based on what Ryan said, I have been looking at the frame wall thickness based on extra steel being added to the inside of the inside of the frame rail. This would lessen the distance between the inside of the inside and inside of the outside walls of the frame rail, not increase the outside diameter of the frame rail. Right?
