What I like about the 2013 HID's is that it's the same color as the Ford Grill and it makes the front end look complete.

The pics doesn't do the raptor heads justice. Try and see in person first. Compare the fx4 and raptors in sunlight before ordering. I am impressed ever slightly with OEM quality but glad I'm retrofitted. Only thing I really wish was styled a little better on the '13s would be the orange square side reflector. But then again ducati's retro's will come abroad more throughout the up coming months/Weeks.


I prefer seeing the projectors "floating" in the black bowls of my 12's once retrofitted too. OEM, that's why I prefer the FX4's. All are personal opinions. Personally, if I couldn't retrofit then I would be going with OEM for the price strictly. The pucker factor, retrofit all the way whether it be the 12's OR the 13's. I like knowing im unique!

When these are ready to go I am in. I would love to have the improved lighting and the updated look on my 12. Makes all the critters out here in the desert easier to see!

I have ZERO knowledge of the aftermarket/retro world but judging from some of the pics from Ducatis retro thread - some LS460 projectors would be AWESOME in the 13 OEM heads.

I'm curious to see how the retros of the 13 heads evolve. The 12's sure came a long way!

Yes! the LS460 in the 13 housing thats what I would like to see, I hope it fits.

Yes and instead of just offering the painted retro route, I would love to see a set with some textured carbon fiber vinyl laid around the projector "buckets" as the heat won't be nearly as bad as a set of projectors fully around the 12' chrome buckets. I can only imagine due to all the access through the backsides.

I wish!! No its just the housings. Just a heads up for anyone wanting them. A lot cheaper than a local dealers retail.
