I had a lifted Bronco II and it was ok , we used to wheel in a full time 4 wheel Bronco back in the day.

I'll never lose my Bronco blood, and have had several over the years (Ex has all my pics :( ). And while I love Warriors Bronco, I agree with 6.2 - 78-79 is my favourite years.
One of the best features being that the driver seat position was exactly centered between front and back axles.
Back on track - If the photochop could cut about a foot out of the middle of that pic, and a bit off the back, it would more resemble the Bronco Stance.
If Ford produced an SVT one with Raptor similar abilities, I would be in line to buy.

Count me in for one. i think the extended cab is way to long as is for the sand dunes and the 4 door would be a complete joke. I spend most my time at Glamis and am afraid to take the raptor into the big dunes.

I Custom built this 1976 4X4 Blazer for myself to Pre-Run Baja, the Mint 400, the Parker 400 and other races while working at PPI (Precision Preparation Inc.) in 1984. It started out as a 76' 4X4 and I converted it into a 2X4 like the Class 8 Race Truck we were racing at the time. In fact a lot of the suspension parts as well as the engine and transmission were interchangeable with the race truck if needed. It was a Small Block 400ci, Turbo 400 Trans and a 12 Bolt Detroit Locker rear end. I also built the Ford Truck on the cover of OFF ROAD MAGAZINE for a client as a Pre-Runner. I did all my truck fab work after hours while we were building and racing shop vehicles (TOYOTA RACE TEAM) for Ivan Stewart, Steve and Rod Millen as well as Robby Gordon. Does anyone remember, the Mickey Thompson Stadium Short Course Racing. What about Ivan blazing through the Desert in his Toyota?

I remember, I was at aneheim stadium when in the last 100 yards Ivan got his front wheel stuck on the barricade. Ivan hit the go pedal and took it across the finish line. PPI was by O.C. airport ? That was some good ol days huh !
Some of the early MTEG (when he was alive) the trucks were kinda raised, It was a few years that I had gone and I saw these lowered trucks pullling onto the track. I was like WTF ? Then one went over a jump and 2 ft plus suspension fell out from the rear. I knew this was going to be good

Honestly of they brought back the bronco, not even a SVT version, it would still sell like crazy

I had a 78 Bronco and it was the best vehicle I've ever owned. I regret getting rid of it few years ago.
