Current orders for 2012 Raptor must have exceeded projected demand. Pretty good (I mean bad) considering we are a month out for start of build out.

If this theory is true, it seems like earlier orders would not be subject to the hold up to the point when demand exceeded supply. Who knows. The hold could be removed by 11/7.

Everything in the auto industry is subject to change from day to day. I do not think there is ANY reason to panic at this point. I know I am not sell my Ford shares and buying a Dodge anytime soon.

I resigned myself to a 6 month wait when I ordered it, so I wouldn't be disappointed if it didn't get here by Christmas. It's just hard to believe, that Ford has so many build problems with this truck. It doesn't inspire confidence in Ford.
