2012 Fleet Preview Guide

Randy,

What is the reality in you being able to order Raptors in Sterling Gray as a Fleet Order? I would most willing to join in such a purchase. My 2012 was going to end up being Ebony Black because Ford decided to drop the Molten Orange. The Sterling Gray is the color I was hoping Ford would be offering for 2012. I'd even be willing to pay your asking $3000 off of MSRP versus the $500 over invoice I would be paying on an Ebony Black.

Please keep me and everyone else that seems to be interested posted as to the possiblity and logistics of making something this cool happen.

Last I spoke with Randy he wasn't sure if fleet orders would be allowed for 2012. Hopefully once the order banks open he'll know for certain, then we'll know if we can get a group of Sterling Grays!

I'm going to be selling my 2009 FX4 that is Sterling Gray and would really like to get the Raptor in the same color. If not guess I will be going with a black one. My dealer is telling me they have an allotment to get another 2011 if I get the order in within the next two weeks. He is giving me a pretty good deal on it so the sooner I know about the gray fleet order the better.

I'd LOVE a Sonic Blue Raptor! DBP is a nice color as well, but it's not really a Raptor color in my eyes.

Oh and what do you guys think of the Dark Blue Pearl? Would anyone be interested in that color?

After my father-in-law saw my Raptor, he says he wants one, and he wants grey as well...

Only problem is he wants a Screw but doesnt want the 6.2...thinks Im nuts for buying such a gas hog. (meanwhile, the guy has 3000 acres being stuck by an oil company and getting mad money for it) Someone explain the working mind of someone with way too much money. I told him the more he uses, the more they will drill, so really it will make HIM more money...Germans.... Cant reason with them, cant trust them with a gun....So how do I get him a Raptor Screw in Gray with a 5.4? ...I know...

Simply put, You can't... He would have to build it/swap the motor... Which it sounds like he has the coin to, but might as well put in a 5.0 or EBoost...

Oh man, this could be interesting depending on when others want to order.

hinted that there were definitely some changes coming for the '12s as far as modifications with the suspension.

I'd be so happy if they announced a 2wd version

Any idea when they will open? Last I head was sometime in Aug., any idea if that's still gonna happen?
