I was working the event in Dallas where this was revealed and it is much better in person. It looks best with the black trim, bumpers and wheels. It’s not ment to be a challenger to the Raptor.

If they don't clean up the interior and bring it into the future with some decent modern tech... It won't be able to compete... at least not with Rappy and Ford...

I'll stay where I'm at, and ill keep my same handle:biggrin:

I don't hate it. Chevy has been better on tech, my first Chevy ever is my 2016 Vette, I really like it as an occasional driver, the tech works about as well as Ford, though Sync 3 is a bit better.

I can't see ever buying one, but can see some my Chevy loving friends buying one.

Nothing against Corvettes I've had seven of them LOL (4 Z06) and I was a die-hard Chevy guy until this Raptor, my first, well second Ford...

But i'm talking about their trucks. No push button start. No keyless entry. Hard as a rock seats. Etc. (Great 6.2 powertrain though)

And while they have push button start and keyless entry on other vehicles including the Corvette. Why leave it off the trucks? I'll tell you why... Because they're stupid... can't think of any other reason because people want it. They're just lazy with their trucks. My humble opinion of course.

Frankly, I would rather just have a key like my 2014. The only thing that makes keyless start work is the fact that I can lock it in the truck with the door keypad, else the bloody thing is worthless to me. More to go wrong, more to carry on my key chain, etc.

The last Chevy I rode in was a 2016 Z71 and it was pretty plush.

I love the keyless entry system. Being able to lock/unlock the doors without taking your key out is a great feature. Same thing with the push button start. Granted its a small feature, but it is super convenient.

This is baseless anxiety taking. The system is far more reliable then you are. I have forgotten my keys in the car. I’ve never had anything “go wrong” with keyless systems, and I’ve owned keyless vehicles far longer than I’ve owned ones with keys.
