Usually I am good at finding things on YouTube or Google. But I haven't been able to find any reviews of the new B&O in any of the ford trucks. Has anyone found a decent review online, or is 2018 just too new? Links please.

Can't understand why Ford didn't upgrade the ****** sound system in these trucks. Wasn't it BEATS that did a deal with Dodge a few years ago? In a $70k vehicle, even if it is a truck, the stereo should be much better than it is......

Not sure if I'd use Beats as an example. That just means you're happy getting an average sound system with a premium price tag.

They're both OEM systems. Keep your expectations in check. This is why there is an aftermarket to service those with different tastes.

Regardless, OEM systems are FAR better than they used to be when an upgrade was a requirement. Today you can at least get by unless you want that bed rattling rap bass that pretty much drives me nuts and in no way reflects a well balanced sound.

Perfectly happy with mine. A sub behind the seat would be cool, but not enough to pay for it.

Ive heard both and mild improvement. I just swapped out ALL my B&O stiff for Pioneer and did a Pioneer sub and rockford fosgate 300w sub amp (wrapped sub enclosure in dynomat) and it sounds SO MUCH better with great clarity and ample bass. Easy and fairly cheap to do.

That center channel looks like as much of an afterthought as the screen that's too small for its bezel. For a $35k truck, ya, acceptable. For a $70k truck? Absolutely unacceptable.
