Build date was 10/31
Arrived at the dealership on 1/9
I still think I don't like the wheels and will have to check out getting them powder coated.
Otherwise looks good to me.
I "think" I want to put the Roll N Lock A-Series cover on the back.
Does anyone know what size to get since they don't seem to know at Roll N Lock?
For my 2017 Raptor super crew would it be the same size as an F-150?
What bed dimensions should I tell the guy I have?
Hmm thanks 17jake - congratulations
I ordered the same wheels and I'm sad to say I don't like yours. I thought they would be darker. I'm going to have to powder coat then black I think.
enjoy
I was disappointed the Raptor wasn't shown at the SF auto show. She said they did show it in Los Angeles
I see a lot of them driving around the peninsula and the dealers are all at 5k or 10k over msrp. We have the Sierra mountains, Lake Tahoe and the Nevada desert a short drive away.
I think...
I was at the SF auto show this weekend and went to the Ford display. They did not send a Raptor to the SF auto show which was disappointing. I guess they think Los Angeles is a better use of their time and resources.
Anyway I talked to the Detroit based staff at the show and the rumor is...
I saw the window sticker for my order today. Looks like it made it through manufacturing with the Carbon option and should be making its way to the Dealership in the next 2 +/- weeks. I'll let you know how it looks when I see it.
Should be interesting since i've never seen the truck in person...
If you have placed an oder for the 2017 raptor - does everyone here have an Order # back from their dealer already? i don't - so i was going to leave the CF option on the order request - get an order # assigned and see what the situation was with the availability then change the order if it...
I got a call from my dealer today after I placed an order for a 2017 Raptor Super Crew. He said " the 61c Carbon Fiber interior is not going to be available to build and may be cancelled completely as an option due to Commodity parts available." and if I don't remove the option from my order the...
Mine configured out to $65,295 MSRP and the quote had a column called invoice that Totaled out to be $60,766.
I always assumed the dealers was in bed with the manufacturer to produce the proper paper trail of MSRP to Invoice and that there was some true up at the end of the year for the...
funny. i use to own a 3.8L porsche back in 99 and it was sort of whiney - I've been trained to want bigger displacement over anything else. anyway we r off topic for whoever posted this thread. But I bought at MSRP today and my brother in law did the same thing at 2 different dealerships and...
oh well. i pulled the trigger w/ the alloys. i'll sort it out later. They could have charged me extra for the black ones - someone in marketing at ford should sort that out. That and the the reason for only including Orange as an accent option on the interior. I would have paid for something...
Wheels
Well, i thought i was getting these which look black(ish) to me.
if they turn out not to be some shade of dark or black i'll have to get them painted.
What color do we think the Standard's come in? I'm really confused now since I've configured this truck at 3 dealerships and all of them said the wheels would look like this.. which looks black to me.
oops?!? i was told the Alloys were coming in black for the Raptor. I don't want them if they are not black. Texting my guy now. I tried to order basically what you ordered. SuperCrew no sunroof Carbon (61C i think) tech package (68R i think) Tailgate Step 63T and heated rear seats 90H i...
I'm in California and went out of state (to Michigan). Bay area, LA and Portland area wanted $5K to $20K over. I'm surprised actually since its just a truck and I'm not convinced the EcoBoost is going to be a hit yet. I tried to Order the Avalanche Grey with the Alloys - hope it looks ok. I did...
