The only issue is that the new heavy duty CV axles have a larger diameter, which won't clear the SVC coil adjusters, so I'll have to use the oem CV axles. The left photo is from the SVC thread in 2017. You can see the oem axle just barely clears. The right photo is what the HD axles look like.

Yup. I found a set of (2017) Gen 2 fronts to use with KHC buckets and SVC coil adjusters.. I think I'm about $1200 + some tools for the front suspension upgrade.

I cycled my aftermarket (tubular) UCA's with the KHC bucket, and they didn't clear at droop because they placed 2 holes within range of them at full droop. I removed those bolts (in the 1st picture) and welded the bucket instead. The oem stamped UCA's are "flatter" and might have cleared, but...

According to that vendor, you're correct. I don't know what kind of nerd would put the tap & die size of the fill hose fitting on their page.

I used this source. That isn't a "normal" tap & die size, (so I didn't already have it) and no local tool supplier had it in their sets. And when I searched "Schrader valve install kit" that's the specs they advertised. I'll know for sure by Saturday.

Math. I missed that class. But as long as the new tap matches the new valve thread, (which is what I found for Schrader valves) then it should work. I still can't find the old kit anywhere, so right now I'm at the mercy of ups.

I ordered the kit awhile ago, changed a set of Gen 1 shocks, did my front replacement Gen 2 shocks..... then I somehow lost the frikin' kit. Now, I'm waiting for a new 7mm drill bit & the 0.303 tap & die set.

I found the 2nd set of SVC adjusters. Both of those in that picture were loose, so that's why they looked different. Here's what the D-side KHC buckets look like installed, viewed from the front (with the radiator out of the way). Plenty of room from the motor, the ABS module, and everything...

Anything marketed as a "Lift Kit" is the truck equivalent of wearing high heels. It's just for show.

And you took the time to replace those silly Fox valves with Schrader valves. Did you use the Shock Seals kit?
