Take the truck to the stealership and have it diagnosed. The fan being on after the engine being shut off is probably normal unless it ran for 30 minutes or more.

Did they already agree to replacing the rear shocks under the warranty? It's not usually something that any warranty covers because it's a 'normal wear and tear' part. The 100$ deductible is totally normal.. Ford ESP come with 50-250$ deductible. He doesn't know what he's talking about.

My passenger side front axle is leaking as well. Found it when I was getting an inspection done for an ESP. It's a very cheap part, but they want 500-600$ to replace it with labor. The rear shock needs replaced. Depending on your mileage it may be right about time or over due.

The fact that nothing like the Raptor exists is one of the largest reasons it'll hold its value regardless of mileage.. I can't speak for every market, but I can tell you that in the southwest Gen 1 and Gen 2 Raptors still pull a pretty penny on the used market even with 'high' miles.

Phil Long is a bunch of thieves, but I had to get some work done on my previous F150 at the motor city location and I eventually got satisfactory service for a satisfactory price. I have my cam phasers scheduled to get done at the Chapel hills location in July as well.

Pretty nasty noise on startup. Sounds like a bad rattle somewhere on the driver side, worse when cold. There's a metallic ting that can be heard in one of the two sound clips as well. That existed before the rattle. It can be heard in the cab and it sounds like its right behind the steering...
