    Nearing 40k and same. Well, I did have the tcase seal leak, not sure if bad part from factory or por15 I accidentally got on it. I've seen 4 trucks with over 120k and no issues. One is a friend that does a lot of hunting and offroading, so he's put the truck through its paces.

    Yeah, I was thinking you may just have early build issues. :/ I've flogged mine pretty hard - sizeable jumps, slipping and sliding at 40+mph in 4H, and no problems. I respect the truck's limits but I've seen others who don't and still have not broken anything.

    I was about to say it seems like you've had a few noteworthy problems with your truck, which is unfortunate. What build date was yours? I'm at the same mileage and nothing so far, but I have a few less offroad miles than you do. Still, that shouldn't affect the diff failure IMO.

    Certain modes preclude certain tcase settings. Weather mode will not allow 2H, for example. The only offroad mode that allows 2H is Baja mode, and it won't allow 4A.

    I dipped my skidplate and fender flares. If you put it on thick, it comes off really easy. If you don't put it on thick (like with my flares) you will spend hours picking off tiny pieces.
