Could not give you exact numbers. My alignment is done the old fashion way: tape measure, stings and levels.

I have the same size tires, none of your problems.
I run them very soft off road to normal for highway driving.
Due to the tires exceptional traction, wheel hop can be an issue on dry and wet pavement.
Put in a header above the height of the hood, install 2x4's flat under it, dry wall over that (required fire protection)
The pocked should be 2" deep if the wall was made from 2x4's
My truck is for fun, but still has to perform mundane duties that require the bed.
So, for everyday use the spare is in the OEM position; going off road, it is in the bed.

Only thing I needed to mod was the bracket for the trailer plug receptacle to clear the spare.
