    Yes you can swap out the pads. When traveling more than say 50 miles, we recommend swapping out the 2.5" Travel bumps for 4" The 2.5" gets the job done, but the 4" is much smoother. On some occasions with the 4", we will remove one of the internal travel limiters to make the 4" a 5"
