Cleaned up and tweaked some wiring:
- Changed from Sho-Me flasher modules to Rigid high output versions
- Added diodes to safeguard the modules during steady burn
- Added A-series Rigids to the bed

Thanks for the reply and overall very happy with the change from stock to 3.0s. Getting them dialed for both on and off-road has been straight forward.

Any additional info on this -- I have the same symptoms. When I close all the bypass tubes, they go silent. If I open them 1 or 2 turns it sounds like a rattle from the rear. I'm really just trying to determine if this is normal operation or if something is a miss.
thanks!!
I wish I had the time but it was a one off project for me. I would reach out to LVJ Motorsports / Kmandoske. He builds great kits that are complete and ready to install.

I just finished installing my Fox 3.0's. It's not an overly difficult project but it is definitely one where a second pair of hands will help. Stuff on the front of these trucks is just heavy and getting the old shocks out and new ones in takes some coaxing.
The shocks are a piece of art and I...
I recently completed a fairly large (by my standards) wiring project on my 2014 Raptor and along the way documented the process, parts, and learnings I went through.
This project got started when like many of you I got frustrated with having too few auxiliary switches for the lights and...
I changed to the RAM mount and used the lip of the seat bracket. It was a pain to get washers and nuts under the lip but once done it is very solid and the post can be removed at the base very easily. I dremeled the plastic cover to clean things up a bit.
We used it at SnoBall this year and...
Got my order last Friday (5 days after ordering) and did the install last weekend. Install went smoothly but I took my time to avoid spills.
The product is well constructed, especially the new reservoir.
Cooler installed
To avoid getting fluid all over I pumped as much old fluid out as...
Might sound like a broken record but after SnoBall I got the Cyclo and went through the three steps to completely remove scratches and nicks, finishing with the grey paint sealant.
This was all great and I was thrilled. What I wasn't prepared for was how amazing the finish is when you wash it...
Yeah, doesn't make sense.
Not to pick on a vendor but I had issues with these guys when ordering parts for my Jeep. Ordered new shocks and got three delivered, the forth came 30 days later. When I originally placed the order, all four came back as "in stock" and I never got a notice of supply...
Agreed on the pavement turning -- I plan to jack the front up to avoid any further complications.
I do think that getting all the fried fluid out from SnoBall is key. I will let you know how it goes.

While replacing the power steering reservoir has anyone done a fluid flush? This guys concept looks pretty straight forward and thorough. Has anyone tried this?
Not a Raptor but the same concept would seem to apply.

I noticed a pretty severe burned oil smell when I opened my stock reservoir cap after SnoBall.
Just ordered the Reservoir and Cooler from Autoanything using their 20% off code. Price after code is up to $379.

Went to the Chicago autoshow last night, first look charity event. The truck looks better in person, some very cool new features. It did seem to be sitting low.
Other new stuff from Ford.
