Noise from Fox 3.0s?

i get this in my factory shocks.

Yours most likely need to be rebuilt. You bought your truck with miles as far I remember. Most likely they are blown. Factory shocks recommended interval 50-60k miles.

Any additional info on this -- I have the same symptoms. When I close all the bypass tubes, they go silent. If I open them 1 or 2 turns it sounds like a rattle from the rear. I'm really just trying to determine if this is normal operation or if something is a miss.

This is completely normal. The tappits are metal. Every time the shock cycles they open and close. Hence the clicking noise

Thanks for the reply and overall very happy with the change from stock to 3.0s. Getting them dialed for both on and off-road has been straight forward.
