Silver is definitely much rarer and with the contrasting black accents on the truck looks almost as good as my oxford white.

Poll right now is 78% in favor of silver (myself included). If you’re still considering black, then my guess is your gut is telling you that you prefer black and you should go with your instinct.

You should check your state's lemon laws as you may very well have a claim against GM. If you reported the issue early on to your dealer, you should speak to a lemon law lawyer to determine your rights.

Looks nice but there is a gap in service history from 52,000 miles to 76,000 or so. I'd want to make sure the oil was changed during those 20,000+ miles.....

I traded my 2017 Escalade ESV with the eight speed. The eight speed transmission was terrible. The 10 speed in my 2019 raptor is worlds better.

I've had mine for two months and love it. Well made, very secure and looks great. I got mine from Rick at Freedom Motorsports/Got Exhaust. Great price and great customer service.

Option 1 makes more sense if he paid MSRP for the first truck (which he probably did....). Option 2 his loan balance would increase as he has to pay the increase in MSRP from his year truck to a 2019 or 2020. Option 1 gets him out of a MSRP deal and he can then get an invoice or below deal...

Option 1. And then buy a leftover 2019 Raptor at a significant discount (even if it means traveling out of state to get it).

I think you made a smart decision as well. The peace of mind in knowing that you're getting a brand new vehicle and not potentially inheriting someone else's problem truck is worth the extra $4,000.
