Either an accessport if you don’t mind a tune, or push the pedal harder with your foot? All it does is change the signal profile of the throttle pedal so a light press looks like a stomp to the truck. I’ve never understood the point tbh, but other people do like them.
I have an Akrapovic titanium exhaust. It’s super loud but performs really well with a tune and it also dropped around 10 lbs.
