COBB Stage 2 & Frame cut bumper

We definitely wanted to make sure our FMIC upgrade would be compatible with aggressive frame-cut bumpers. As mentioned above, we installed the ADD Pro bumper on one of our test trucks to make sure everything plays nice. One note is that you WILL need to move the ACC sensor. We do have a...

    COBB tuning Raptor tune

Yeah it's definitely the exception rather than the rule. We never had the issue throughout testing on several trucks in different environments over thousands of miles. We don't want to keep putting them out and it continue to be experienced even if it is a very rare one. Kyle@COBB

A few people were having a CEL related to the catalyst so we pulled them until we can identify why they are having an issue and create a solution. It's very few so don't worry if you have them installed. Kyle@COBB

    COBB Accessport Issue

You are able to install the Accessport without downloading anything. The maps are already on the Accessport! To explain the issue you're having, the file downloaded is a "map pack" which contains ALL files for your vehicle. ALL meaning every model year, ECU ROM version, market, etc. In...

    2017 - 2018 Raptor Updates

MY 2019 support is our current top priority for the Ford platform. We're hoping to have something available late May/June. I can certainly pass that request along to the team! Definitely see the appeal for such a feature, it will just depend on the complexity of making that possible...

    COBB tuning Raptor tune

FWIW one of our Engineers has a Raptor and plays in the dunes often. He has the filter installed. There is plenty of sand that makes it into the airbox and there isn't anything caked to the filter (and that's without the sock installed). If you're in a more extreme environment, the sock will...

I think you may be overestimating the amount of oil on the filter. It's not submerged in oil and sent out. You're not able to feel any oil on it. If you are going to be out in the sand, we do have a filter sock that works great in that environment. Kyle@COBB

    COBB CAI Question

We're always going to recommend the ideal situation but tuning isn't necessarily required for the intake. As mentioned above, if you intend to use only the intake without the tune, that there are potential issues running the intake on the 17 model year without a tune. There are subtle...

    COBB CAI Question

The Gen 2 Raptor doesn't have a MAF sensor. It uses a MAP sensor with a speed density based tuning strategy. With this, you can use pretty much anything as an intake without the need for calibration changes. We do not offer any drivetrain warranty. As long as you maintain the truck and use...

Stage 2/2+ Hard Parts and Off The Shelf Maps Now Available!

We've got an ACC bracket that will work with most aftermarket bumpers. Give us a call at 866-922-3069 or email [email protected] and we can help! There isn't bluetooth connectivity. That would be fine for datamonitoring but it would make for a bad time if you were to lose connectivity...

It does take up a lot of the space behind the grille. Use Huttomitch's measurements above to see if it will work. If you have an Accessport, you have access to all of the off the shelf maps! There are no part purchases required. Sorry for the delay. We're looking to have support out...

The Ford F-150 Raptor was an exciting platform when it first debuted for the 2017 model year. Since then, COBB has come a long way in the research and development process. It would also look the same as 10 key cycles since your last battery terminal disconnect which could have happened for a number of reasons. I think my statement is straight-forward but to make it more clear, if maintaining the warranty is a priority for you, don't flash the ECU. Kyle@COBB
