It's a product similar to what the Kevlar company produces. Sprayed on. Kind of like Rhino liner but not as chunky.

Are the door gaps that uneven, or is it just the pic? The top gap looks huge compared to the vertical gaps.

Not sure how to answer that. The trucks brand new, doors have not been removed or adjusted in any way.

I don’t like taking care of paint, and this is going to sit outside a good part of the time. Also, getting into tight trails won’t be as concerning. The product is similar to the bed liner spray, just not as chunky.
