congrats! you can always have a stock resonator added in-line with the exhaust if it is a little over the top for you...thats what i did with my roush cat-back...quieted it down just enough for me.

If its not installed from roush, might try welding in a stock or aftermarket resonator. I welded one in to tone down my roush catback and am happier now...just a thought...

I think this may be what you are after..sorry i dont have better pics. this was before we reinstalled the resonator. you have to cut some of the stock exhaust to length for the roush. i believe they use the same kit for all f150's so as a result you have to reuse a little bit from the stock...

Yes..you reuse some of the factory piping. My suggestion is you leave the resonator in line to start and if you want more sound, then delete it...i had to weld it back in and much prefer the tone with it

I would say my roush, even with the resonator put back in does have some drone at right under 2000 Rpms....very subjective though

I know what you are saying! I really didnt think when I bought the truck a few months ago I would do, or would have already done all the stuff I'm doing...I think its a testament to how much we all like these trucks though!
