Delivered new in Mexico?

I found a relatively clean low mileage Gen 1. I pulled the carfax and got a copy of the window sticker. The window sticker doesn’t have much info and is in Spanish. Truck was delivered in Mexico, and there are no carfax entries until the truck was brought to SoCal 8 years after delivery and had a clean title. Absent the lack of any maintenance history, anything else I should look out for? Actual mileage? I’m in the NE USA, and seeing a truck imported from Mexico after 8 years or so is new for me.

But wait... could it have been Pablo Escobar's truck? Might have loads of cash stashed inside!!!!!!! OOOHHHH wait....he was killed in the early 90s. Hard pass for me.
I have heard that they dont really change oil there. or sometimes say they do and don't. My brother wife is from there they go back quite a bit. He would say stay away from it. unless the deal is so good you could put an engine in it. and not get hurt

This could end up on a Vinwiki story on YouTube. You could pull up a floor mat and find holes in the floor where they mounted some huge belt fed machine gun! On a side note, I passed a boarder patrol Gen1 Raptor on my way to a Baja run 4 years ago. It was cool to see but I had no way to turn around a snap a picture of it.
