Raptor is not some Honda, so please don't treat it as such. Stop reving it in park. Put the truck in sport mode and punch it getting onto the freeway. You should see boost. Also check your boost tubes and make sure you didn't blow them off doing stupid things as mentioned earlier.

If you want to hear the blow off, vent it to atmosphere.

Dirty Raptor pictures are the preferred pictures.

Ok so the flutter is normal after letting off gas rapidly then I take it? I’ll look when I’m off and stop revving like I’m 16 years old. Thank you for helping me out.

No sir went with 18s. That’s the biggest size for raptors in my opinion.

no, you should not be making boost in park.. or starbucksing ( high revs in the parking lot ). whine/whistle when you let off the accelerator is likely the blow off valve.

I removed the bov though, I went back to the oem valve. Bov got stuck on closed.
