I am new to Forum. I have researched and test driven a used Raptor. Love it. Trying to get a new one. Two dealerships in Upstate NY have already said they will order it. One dealer says that they already ordered one and it is due in anytime. Bottom line is that they will not budge on the MSRP !! I have bought many cars in my life and have never paid MSRP - ever. Does any one have any tips, or is this the raptor reality we have to face. Thanks

Eseybold,

I'll be the first of many to steer you towards contacting Randy. You can find him on the right side of the sreen. He can get you what you want for $3K under MSRP. I, like many others here, ordered my Raptor through him and I can't stress enough how easy it was.

Good Luck and Welcome to FRF.

Mine stickered for just over $54K. Paid a little over $49K.
If you are trying to buy one off the lot, yeah, they pretty much won't budge. Most of us that got good deals did so by ordering them and waiting.

Hello and Welcome to FRF!!

If you are willing to wait on an Ordered Raptor, I sell for -$3000 OFF MSRP
But the wait time is 4-5 months for me. I have about 20 orders in the order bank.
I have 10 guys taking delivery of their 2012 Raptors this week, they have been waiting since late Aug/11 & Sept/11.

thanks randy

id say so haha. usually ordering is the only way to get deals. im actually surprised you got such a good deal off the lot.

maybe they were sitting on it with little to no interest for a while? or maybe they're just one of the few epic dealers!
